On Carlo Acutis Canonization

This past Sunday, Carlo Acutis was canonized by Pope Leo XIV.

Saint Carlo Acutis lived a very short life, but he accomplished great things in his short life.

In many ways, Saint Carlo was like any other teenager. He enjoyed sports and video games. He also played the saxophone.

What caught the attention of others was St. Carlo’s love for his Catholic faith, especially the Eucharist. This is something he wanted others to experience. He served as a catechist and used his technological skills to evangelize others. In addition to this, St. Carlo had a heart for the poor and needy, often providing for their needs.

To our young people of Saint Raymond, I invite you to learn more about this new, great saint. In him, you will find an excellent example.

Saint Carlo Acutis, pray for us.

Love,

Padre Mark
